Draw Something is a free social game, it leverages the smartphones touchscreen technology, allowing players to create images for their friends to guess. Some people have called this the electronic version of Pictionary, but it has its own set of rules. Players are given 3 words of varying difficult, they must choose one word and draw it out, using just a few colors and brush sizes. There are many different things to guess from, from a simple 'tree' to popular movies like 'Avengers'. After drawing your picture, your friend on Facebook, or a random player, will have to guess what you are trying to draw.

The release date of Draw Something was in early February, and since then, the application have gained more than 35,000,000 downloads, it's played by more than 12.2 million people daily. Wow!

The story begin like this, at the start of February, OMGPOP, a New York-based game marker, launched Draw Something for Apple and Android smartphone. Who knew, in less than 60 days, the game would be downloaded more than 35,000,000 times, and shortly after this, developer of big Facebook games, Zynga, bought OMGPOP for 180 million US dollars.

Why did Zynga spend so much money to buy OMGPOP and Draw Something? It is because of the game's big popularity. The app is No. 1 free app, No. 1 paid app, and No.1 word game in 80 countries and counting. When it's first released, the app getting around 3 drawins per second, but now, the number's at more than 3,000 drawings per second, that's a lot!

The game is also very social, it allows your to find people on your social networks - Facebook, Twitter, email and random strangers.

When you guess the drawing correctly, you get rewarded with coins. These coins can be used to buy extra colours and even bombs. If you are having a difficult time guessing the drawing, you can use your bpomb to decrease the letters, this makes it easier for you to guess the right answer.
